All appointments must be secured with a credit card. A 24-hour notice is needed to avoid being charged for missed services.
To preserve Zen for all guests, we ask you put your cellphone on silent while in the spa.
Children are not allowed to be left unattended and cannot be in the treatment room during a parent's service.
You must be over 16 to receive massage services, age 17 requires a guardian signature prior to service.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please inquire at booking.
